Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, patterns, and sizes are correct at the time of publication. Prima Hardware Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw products without notice or introduce new and amended ranges. Any alterations will be notified whenever required.
Products found to be faulty will be replaced after an image of the defect has been emailed to us. All such claims must be notified to us within three days of receipt of goods. Any returns must be notified immediately so that the necessary Terms can be advised..
Shortages must be advised within three working days from receipt of goods and an image of damages emailed to us to make an assessment for replacements due to Courier negligence. Packages received as such must be signed ‘Damaged’ on the driver’s delivery note.
These goods will be credited subject to their original condition, but a handling surcharge will be applied.
Are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before dispatch.
Cancellation of an order will only be accepted when all costs and expenses incurred by us are reimbursed whilst a handling charge is made for all such costs.
Most items are ex-stock and if any item is out of stock, we will not be liable for any claims arising because of such delay or due to other circumstances beyond our control.
Carriage paid on all orders above £100 net invoice value. Orders with a net value between £50 to £99.99; carriage will be £9.50. Orders with a net value under £50; carriage will be £11. For any direct delivery to UK mainland irrespective of value would be £12 and POA for non-UK mainland areas.
Title of any goods supplied hereunder shall remain vested in Prima Hardware Ltd. until such time as the amount and any other charges have been paid to Prima Hardware Ltd. in full. Prima Hardware Ltd. without notice or liability shall be entitled to enter upon any premises owned by the customer and repossess any goods unpaid for, and the customer agrees to pay any such costs.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. No liability is accepted for delays, installation issues, or usage-related damage.
Where a purchaser’s official order contains special printed conditions, these shall only be binding when they are not at variance with our Terms and Conditions.
Without any specific agreement in writing amending the conditions of sale as listed here will be interpreted by Prima Hardware Ltd. as full agreement and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of sale by the purchaser.
